'Nother Friday, 'nother reason to celebrate! This week Emma from Bar Staff Co. has whipped up a fruity, tropical cocktail, which is perfect seeing as Summer is hanging on this year!
Let's hop to it!
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Malibu
- A handful of chopped up, ripe Papaya (or Paw Paw as we call it here in Queensland)
1/2 oz lime
- Pour the tequila and Malibu into your shaker and throw in the Papaya and start muddling.
- Once the Papaya is broken down and muddled into a juice add the lime and ice and shake for a good 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with mint!
