Kiwi's are one of those magical fruits that stay good in the fridge for ages. And usually because of the lack of urgency to eat them, I forget them! But this cocktail recipe from How Sweet Eats has provided me with the perfect solution.
What you need:
- 2 ounces of Grand Marnia
- 1.5 ounces of Tequila
- 2 ounces of lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2.5 ounces of kiwi simple syrup (4 kiwi fruit peeled, 0.5 cup of sugar, 0.5 cup of water)
- lime, fresh kiwi or berries to garnish
- salt for the rim
