There's a certain vibe in the air on Friday, a vibe that says, "Hey - take a long lunch break. Or knock-off early and go home for a sneaky cocktail."
And this Friday we're listening! Locking up the doors to the office, kicking off our shoes and cooking up some Rosemary and Blackberry Limonata Cocktails from The Little Epicurean.
What you need:
- Rosemary blackberry syrup (1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup blackberries, 2 springs rosemary - boil then steep then strain
- Vodka or Gin
- Limonata, or Soda Water, or even
- Rosemary sprigs (perhaps from your neighbours overflowing bush - with permission of course)
- Blackberries, fresh is best but frozen is fine too
