We all put so much pressure on ourselves to be the best we can, that sometimes when things go wrong, we put ourselves down and dwell on the mistakes. And sometimes when it's been a while between milestones, you can really discourage yourself.
We want that to stop! Think about all the awesome things, even the smallest things, that you can pat yourself on the back for. Celebrate the fact that you got the kids to bed on time, celebrate the fact that you remembered to check your Junk email folder and found a super important message, celebrate the fact that it took you TWO days to get through that packet of Tim-Tams, instead of ONE day.
