We've all been guilty of becoming bogged down with things like gossip, office politics or just general negativity at some stage. Try not to let these drag you down and instead try to find genuinely positive things to say about yourself, and other people. You might be surprised just how soon you reap the benefits both intrinsically and within your daily life.
3. Leave surprises
Who doesn't love surprises?! Well, the good ones, of course... Why not let someone who's special to you know that they're special. Leave a little note, some hand picked flowers, a few choccies or a token gift that lets them know you're so thankful for them, just because. No occasion needed.
4. Give someone a big bear hug
Unless you're not a hugger... This one makes everyone smile! Give someone close to you a BIG bear hug and watch the smile spread widely across both of your dials.
5. Pay it forward
Spread the love and good karma. If it's within your means, why not do something lovely for a complete stranger. It doesn't have to be something huge to truly make someone's week. You never know how much a small act of kindness may impact someone's life.
