Crafted from triple layer 16mm Mulberry Silk, with a pocket for a filter, nose wire, and adjustable elastic - these masks are stunning, high quality, and pack a vibrant punch!

Silk face masks are soft, breathable and gentle on your skin. They feel super luxurious and glide on gently. Each mask comes in a reusable and biodegradable pouch, with care instructions printed on the front. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash prior to first use. Warm hand or gentle machine wash in liquid detergent (40c) after every use. Do not bleach. Do not rub, soak or wring. Reduce spin, remove promptly after cycle has finished. Line dry in shade. If desired press with a warm iron. Do not iron elastic. Dry cleanable

Silk mask from top to bottom (nose to chin) is approximately 11cm and the width is approximately 19cm.  The elastic on each side is 8cm (un-pulled) and the adjuster toggle makes it smaller again (depending on your needs).

To qualify for a return:

• The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.
• You are responsible for return postage.
• No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
• All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
• If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from confirmation of your payment authorisation. We dispatch orders daily. Orders placed before 11AM AEST will be dispatched that same day.

Ruby Olive products have been designed and handmade by clever artisans. They are certainly very hardwearing but you still need to look after your new little treasures. You may notice small inconsistencies in colour and shape between styles but we consider this to be part of their unique beauty. It's recommended that you keep your Ruby Olive products clean and dry particularly if wood as water, perfume, hair spray and moisturiser can sometimes cause them to discolour and rub off onto other fabrics. To bring your jewellery back to life you can use a small dab of natural bees wax or polish to buff wood items and a vegetable based oil for resin items.

We use metal components which are nickel free and we support environmentally sustainable wood and shell products.

RESIN

Our resin products are all hand poured and hand made by specialist artisans making each piece unique. Resin is a beautiful material that is smooth, light and very wearable. Resin is very hard wearing (unless dropped onto a hard surface such as concrete) and is able to be easily polished up to look almost brand new.

NATURAL MATERIALS

We aim to use sustainably sourced raw materials where possible and some of the raw materials we are proud to use in our designs include Coconut Shell, Recycled Floorboards and Recycled Wooden Builders Palettes.
