    We believe every parcel should be treated like an extra special gift...even if it's a gift to yourself. 

    Every single item is packaged with love and comes in our signature black bags and in our gift boxes.


    **We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $75, and all International orders over $150** 

    We use Australia Post registered shipping for Australian orders. International orders are dispatched via DHL e-Commerce or DHL Express.

    Orders are dispatched daily and our cut off for same day dispatch is 11am (AEST).

    • COVID-19 Shippiing Update

      Both domestic and international orders may have delays due to grounded flights, border closures and strain on delivery networks - we are so sorry, but these delays are out of our control.  We dispatch your order ASAP to try and ease any delays. 

      We have had to increase our International shipping cost by $5 AUD and can not offer express international shipping at this time unfortunately. Australian orders may be delayed at Australia Post's discretion.

    • Click & Collect Pickup

      You are welcome to pick up your order from our Camp Hill (QLD, Aus) office if you live locally. 

      As this is our office space, we are not open standard shop hours. Pickup is currently available 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday by appointment. Please email Sabrina to schedule your pickup. 

    • Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia Only)

      Standard Registered Postage is $9.95 for all orders under $75

      Standard Registered Postage is FREE for orders with products totalling $75+ (after discounts)

      Express Postage is $12 for all orders

    • Domestic Shipping Delivery Times (Australia Only)

      All orders are dispatched from our HQ in BRISBANE, QUEENSLAND.

      Standard Registered Shipping - 1 - 7 business days*
      Express Shipping - 1-3 business days*

      *Estimated delivery time is based on location e.g. rural Western Australia may take 2-3 days longer than metro cities.

    • International Shipping Rates

      Standard Registered shipping is $20 AUD* for all orders under $150 AUD 

      Standard Registered shipping is FREE for all orders over $150+ AUD (products must total $100+ excluding any discounts)

      Express shipping is $25 for all orders under $100 AUD (currently not offered due to COVID19)

      Express shipping is $15 for all orders over $100+ AUD (products must total $100+ excluding any any discounts) (currently not offered due to COVID19)

      *Please note: we have had to increase our shipping price slightly due to COVID19 shipping increases. Unfortunately we can no longer feasibly offer a lower shipping price. This change is temporary.

      Please note: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT and/or customs fees that may be charged at point of entry to your country. 

    • International Shipping Delivery Times

      Standard Registered Shipping - 7 - 15 business days

      Express Shipping - 3 - 5 business days (currently not offered due to COVID-19)

      International shipping can be affected by global events, natural disasters, mail strikes, and other unforeseen events.

    Order Processing

    Once you order your new goodies you will firstly receive an order confirmation email and invoice to confirm your order has been received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email from us to confirm your jewels are on their way!


    We have chosen our delivery partners based on excellence and quality but there may be times when parcels are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, transport complications and strikes. Ruby Olive can not take responsibility for such delays out of our control. Our delivery timeframes do not take customs processing and clearance delays into account as these events are out of our control.
