Returns T&Cs

  • The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached. 
  • You are responsible for the one-way return postage (if you bought your item via Paypal they will be able to refund you the postage fees). 
  • Strictly no refunds or exchanges given on earrings, masks, Dangle Dots and/or hair accessories unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
  • No returns, credits or exchanges on clearance items. Clearance items are products that are purchased at 50% or more discount. Normally these items are marked 'FINAL SALE'
  • Returns not valid on products purchased in seconds and sample sales
  • All items to be returned must be packaged securely (wrapped in bubble or securely in a box) so the items are not damaged during transit. 
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, RUBY OLIVE reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.
  • Orders with rewards points as payment method are not returnable for a 'refund' of points if items are returned.
  • Exchange postage costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

    PLEASE NOTE: Please be careful when placing your order. There is an administration fee of $3 AUD for the cancellation of any orders prior to despatch due to change of mind/error. 

Faulty Goods

Your jewels will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or they break within 6 months of purchase. Jewels damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the product cannot be replaced or repaired we will offer a refund or exchange. Just send us a quick email outlining the fault including an image if possible and we will either replace it straight away or repair it. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact us. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.
