Shipping & Delivery


We believe every parcel should be treated like an extra special gift...even if it's a gift to yourself. Every single item is packaged with love and comes in our signature black bags and pillow pouch gift boxes.

AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE: Australia Post are currently experiencing significant package delays and network strain due to the COVID-19 outbreaks in Australia. Please allow extra time for deliveries, and opt for express postage for urgent packages.

*All postage rates and shipping thresholds are calculated in AUD. All orders must total the shipping threshold EXCLUDING discounts and shipping costs to qualify for free shipping.
**Estimated delivery time is based on location e.g. rural Western Australia may take 2-3 days longer than metro cities. 
***Delays may occur as a result of COVID-19. 
International shipping can be affected by global events, natural disasters, mail strikes, and other unforeseen events. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT and/or customs fees that may be charged at point of entry to your country. If your shipping rates are not available at the checkout, please email us at hello@rubyolive.com.au

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use Australia Post registered shipping for Australian orders.
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post International Standard Shipping or DHL Express.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched daily and out cut off time for same day dispatch is 11am (AEST). All orders are processed from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

Once you order your new goodies you will firstly receive an order confirmation email and invoice to confirm your order has been received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email from us to confirm your jewels are on their way!

CLICK & COLLECT
You are welcome to pick up your order from our Camp Hill (QLD, Aus) office if you live locally.

As this is our office space, we are not open standard shop hours. Pickup is currently available 10am - 2pm Monday to Thursday by appointment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please email Sabrina at hello@rubyolive.com.au for any issues.
