MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES

Our US and International warehouse is now operating.  What this means though is not every warehouse will have all the items on your order so your goods may come from different locations. We are aiming to build up our stocks of all product at all locations but  this does take time.  Orders placed from Australia will generally come from our warehouse in Brisbane, but if they do not have the stock available your order will be picked and sent from one of our international warehouses. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can take anywhere between 4-14 days to arrive depending on where you are located.

 

All postage rates and shipping thresholds are calculated in AUD. All orders must total the shipping threshold EXCLUDING discounts and shipping costs to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time is based on location e.g. rural Western Australia may take 2-3 days longer than metro cities. Generally metro Australian cities take between 2-4 days for regular post. 1-2 for express post.

All deliveries can be affected by global events, natural disasters, mail strikes, and other unforeseen events. 

During large SALE events (such as Black Friday and End Of Financial Year) please allow extra time for despatch - allow approximately an additional 5-7 working days.   

Can I edit my order?

Ordered in a hurry and forgot something? No stress - we've got a 30-minute window after you place your order where you can make changes.

Head to your order confirmation page, click the link in the order confirmation email OR login to your account and select the order. If any extra payment is needed (think: adding products), we'll whisk you through to checkout where all the usual payment methods are waiting for you. Just make sure it's sorted within that 30-minute window.

Here's what you can change:

Shipping address
Typo in your street name? Moving interstate? You can update any part of your shipping address or swap it out completely.

Product
Changed your mind on the product? OR Want to sneak in an extra little something? No judgement here. You can add products to your order or switch to another product as long as it's in stock. We'll take you to checkout to pay the difference.

Once your 30-minute window closes, orders are locked in and on their way to being packed up and sent to you, so no changes can be made after that point.

Orders are generally dispatched daily and our cut off time for same day dispatch is 8am Australian Eastern Standard Time. We have multiple warehouse locations around the world so your order may come from various places depending on stock availability of the product you have ordered.

Once you order your Ruby Olive goodies you will have 30mins to update any address details or product information. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email from us to confirm your goodies are on their way!

It is your responsibility to check your address details and update incorrect information within the 30min post purchase period - this can be done if you log into your account. Although we always do try, we can not guarantee to be able to change address updates after a parcel has been processed. If a parcel needs to be re-directed additional postage fees will occur at the customer's expense.

We use Australia Post registered shipping for Australian orders.

International orders are dispatched via Australia Post International Standard Shipping or DHL Express (when this option is selected at checkout).

Please note, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT and/or customs fees that may be charged at point of entry to your country. If you refuse your order due to customs charges or your order is returned to sender due to not picking your order up, we will refund your order once received back, less shipping changes both ways, irrespective of if your order had free shipping or not. If your order is returned to sender for whatever reason, please email us.

We have chosen our delivery partners based on excellence and quality but there may be times when parcels are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, transport complications and strikes. Ruby Olive can not take responsibility for such delays out of our control. Our delivery timeframes do not take customs processing and clearance delays into account as these events are out of our control.

In the case where a Return To Sender package has ben received from the courier due to the customer not having collected the item (due to non-collection or unpaid tax fees), Ruby Olive is charged a return to sender postage fee. 

If the customer pays for the package to be resent these charges will not be on charged. 

In the event that the package is not resent, the Return to Sender charge plus an admin fee will be deducted from the refund total.
