So, how do I join Ruby Olive Rewards?
If you have already created an account, you are automatically enrolled in RO Rewards. If you don't have a store account, look for the MY REWARDS or LOGIN button on the top right of our site, OR the RO REWARDS button on the bottom left. Click on either one of these and you can create an account, or simply click here.
How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Simply log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page, or fast-track this by clicking the RO Rewards button in the bottom left corner of our website. The rewards widget will prompt you to register or sign in to see your balance and available rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you reach the first reward tier, you can choose to redeem your rewards code from your rewards panel, or you can simply keep accumulating your rewards. When you redeem a code, you will be issued a Ruby Olive gift voucher that must be applied on the payment page during checkout to redeem your discount (only one coupon code per order).
Terms & Conditions
- Points will only accumulate on the actual product price (shipping price and seconds/samples are not included)
- Points will be subtracted on returned items
- $5 off your next order (for orders over $50) can be gained by referring a friend once they redeem your referral code, they will be gifted a $10 discount off their first purchase over $50. You will receive your coupon once your friend has purchased from your referral. You can refer as many friends as you would like.
- Points can not be redeemed for cash at any time
- Points may be gifted to a friend, please email us to transfer your points
- Points will expire in 12 months time unless rolled over. You can roll over your points by redeeming, or placing a new Ruby Olive order and accruing more points.
- Referral links can only be redeemed by new customers. Referral links sent to existing customers will not be accepted at checkout.
- Your birthday must be entered in at least 30 days prior to the day to receive your birthday rewards points
