RO REWARDS

If you have already created an account, you are automatically enrolled in RO Rewards. If you don't have a store account, look for the MY REWARDS or LOGIN button on the top right of our site, OR the RO REWARDS button on the bottom left. Click on either one of these and you can create an account, or simply click here.

Simply log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page, or fast-track this by clicking the RO Rewards button in the bottom left corner of our website. The rewards widget will prompt you to register or sign in to see your balance and available rewards.

Once you redeem your reward, you will receive a unique code. Add your chosen RO reward to your cart and use this code at checkout to redeem. If you have chosen money off as your reward, use the code at checkout in the 'discount code' section to redeem. Please note: there will be a minimum spend to redeem discount codes.

• Points will only accumulate on the actual product price (shipping price and seconds/samples are not included)
• Points will be subtracted on returned items. 
• Points are not redeemable on Charity By Design products or gift cards.
• Points can not be redeemed for cash at any time 
• Orders using points discount as payment method are not returnable for a 'refund' of points if items are returned.
• Points redeemed for an order discount will incur a minimum spend. $10 off coupon = $50 minimum spend. $30 off coupon = $80 minimum spend. Any other promos will have any minimum spends stated.
• Coupons are valid on full price products only. However, $10 coupon [only] can be used in conjunction with standard sale products (not for sitewide sales or sample/seconds sales).
• Points for a discount are redeemed as a single use discount code. Any exchange postage costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.
• Points may be gifted to a friend, please email us to transfer your points. All point transfers will retain the same original expiry date (i.e. 1 year after point gifter's last order).
• Entire points balance will expire in 12 months time unless rolled over. You can roll over your points by placing a new Ruby Olive order and accruing more points.
• Points redeemed for products have a 6 month expiry date (due to products selling quickly).
• Points redeemed for an order discount have a 1 year expiry date.
• Only one redeemed reward may be used per order.
• Referral links can only be redeemed by new customers.
• Referral links sent to existing customers will not be accepted at checkout.
