Our durable canvas lanyards were thoughtfully designed for our fabulous teacher community. Each lanyard is super strong with washable canvas, has a solid clip to attach keys and a breakaway security clasp especially for OHS requirements. 

Roll up your shopper bag and take it with you on the go! Our shoppers carry up to 25kg, have long (comfy) handles that go over your shoulders and are made from recycled PET water bottles. They're also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified - meaning there are absolutely no nasties.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.
• You are responsible for return postage.
• No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
• All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
• If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.
• Is not listed as 'FINAL SALE'. Unfortunately, these products may not be returned for change of mind and can only be returned for a replacement or refund if faulty.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from confirmation of your payment authorisation. We dispatch orders daily. Orders placed before 11AM AEST will be dispatched that same day.

We ship worldwide. All domestic orders over $99 AUD will receive free standard shipping. All International orders over $150 AUD will receive free shipping.

Ruby Olive products have been designed and handmade by clever artisans. They are certainly very hardwearing but you still need to look after your new little treasures. You may notice small inconsistencies in colour and shape between styles but we consider this to be part of their unique beauty. It's recommended that you keep your Ruby Olive products clean and dry particularly if wood as water, perfume, hair spray and moisturiser can sometimes cause them to discolour and rub off onto other fabrics. To bring your jewellery back to life you can use a small dab of natural bees wax or polish to buff wood items and a vegetable based oil for resin items.

We use metal components which are nickel free and we support environmentally sustainable wood and shell products.

RESIN

Our resin products are all hand poured and hand made by specialist artisans making each piece unique. Resin is a beautiful material that is smooth, light and very wearable. Resin is very hard wearing (unless dropped onto a hard surface such as concrete) and is able to be easily polished up to look almost brand new.

NATURAL MATERIALS

We aim to use sustainably sourced raw materials where possible and some of the raw materials we are proud to use in our designs include Coconut Shell, Recycled Floorboards and Recycled Wooden Builders Palettes.
