So, how do I join Ruby Olive Rewards?
If you have a store account, you are automatically enrolled in RO Rewards. If you don't have a store account, look for the MY REWARDS or LOGIN button on the top header, OR the RO REWARDS button on the bottom left. Click on either one of these and you can create an account or simply click here.
How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page. This can be accessed through the Navy Blue RO Rewards button located at the bottom of the website.
How do I use my rewards?
When you reach 5000 points, you can choose to 'Get Code' to redeem your rewards or you can simply keep accumulating your rewards. When you 'Get Code', you will be issued a Ruby Olive gift voucher that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).
