- The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.
- You are responsible for return postage.
- No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
- All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
- If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.
