The Big Splash Sale, your questions
Do I need a code?
Nope. Everything is already marked down, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I get the free Back In My Day bag?
Once your cart hits AUD $125 (before shipping), the bag adds itself to your cart. One per person, per day, while stocks last.
Is shipping free?
Yes, free standard shipping worldwide on orders over AUD $149 during the sale. Import taxes may apply outside Australia.
How long will my order take?
Big sales take a little longer to pack, so please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Once it's on its way, Metro Australia usually takes 2 to 4 days and international 4 to 14 days.
Can I return sale items?
Items under 50% off can be returned unused, tags on, within 60 days. Items 50% off or more are clearance and final sale, so they can only be returned if faulty.
Can I use another discount or my welcome code?
The sale isn't valid with any other offer, so codes won't stack on top. You can still use a pre-purchased gift voucher.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout.
