To qualify for a return:
- The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.
- You are responsible for return postage.
- No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
- All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
- If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from confirmation of your payment authorisation. We dispatch orders daily. Orders placed before 11AM AEST will be dispatched that same day.
We ship worldwide. All domestic orders over $99 AUD will receive free standard shipping. All International orders over $150 AUD will receive free shipping.

CARE
All of our lanyards are crafted with premium canvas and nickel free alloy metal fixings.
To clean your lanyard, handwash the canvas parts in soapy water, rinse and allow to air dry. Be careful to avoid the metal components.
