We're so excited to have you here for the sale! A few things to keep in mind so everything goes smoothly:

Sale dates: Our Mid Year Sale starts at 10am AEST, Tuesday 2nd June 2026 and runs for 7 days (or while stocks last) — closing midnight Tuesday 9 June. The site will be briefly offline from 8am on the 1st while we get everything ready for you.

Discount codes: Welcome, abandon cart, VIP, rewards and affiliate codes can't be used during the sale period — sale pricing is already our gift to you!

RO Rewards: Rewards can not be redeemed and used during sale periods

Shipping times: We'll be packing orders as fast as we can, but please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch during this busy period. Free standard global shipping applies to orders over $149 AUD.

Prices & cart: Sale prices apply to completed orders only — items sitting in your cart aren't reserved until checkout, so don't wait too long on your faves! Discounted prices are valid while listed online and can't be applied to previous or future purchases.

Free gift: Orders over $99 AUD (before shipping) include a free gift while stocks last — one per person, per day. The gift is chosen by us and may vary based on availability. Free gifts aren't eligible for a refund, and if you return your order without returning the gift, the full RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Clearance items: Any item discounted at 50% or more is considered a clearance item and is final sale — no returns, but we hope you love it!
