To qualify for a return:

The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets/boxes attached.
You are responsible for return postage.
No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

Fabric: All of our pouches are made using recycled water bottles. All pouches except the 'OG Pouches' are made from the same water resistant fabric as our shopping bags.

Q: What fits inside a Ruby Olive Pouch?

More than you'd think! Our pouches fit all your daily essentials from makeup to travel, craft, pencils and pens or general life-organisation tools. Measurements are listed above.

Q: Is the zipper good quality?

Yes, smooth-running, sturdy zippers built for daily use. No snagging, no wrestling. Just zip and go. Infact, we have recently upgraded our zips and pullers on all Small, Medium and Large Pouches. Our OG style pouches still have the old style zipper.

Q: Can I wash my pouch?

We recommend spot cleaning our Fabric OG Pouches but our new-style Small, Medium and Large Pouches that are the same fabric as our shoppings bags can be hand washed or added to a gentle, cold machine cycle with like colours. We do not recommend dryers or using harsh chemicals or bleach.

Check the care label inside your pouch for specifics on your design.

Q: Is it good for travel?

Absolutely. Compact and lightweight, perfect for your carry-on, gym bag, or handbag or for organising charging cords, medication or stationary in your luggage.

Q: Will it work as a pencil case?

100%. These are a favourite among teachers, nurses, and anyone who needs to keep their stuff together on the go. Pens, markers, highlighters - handled!

Q: Who designed the artwork?

Every Pouch features original artwork from a talented Australian artist. You'll find their name towards the top of this product page. We also have details of their story on our blog and our artist pages - because celebrating artists and finding out more about who designed our patterns makes our products even more special.
