    RETURN IN 4 EASY STEPS

    1. Email hello@rubyolive.com.au within 60 days of receiving your order and quote your order number - you will be given a authorisation code. 
    2. Returns can only be accepted if unworn and bought from www.rubyolive.com. If you have bought something via another website or retail store please contact them directly. 
    3. Return your jewels, unworn and in the original packaging (including swing tags and dust bags) to RUBY OLIVE
 Returns, PO BOX 1694 
Carindale, Brisbane 
QLD 4152 Australia.  If you live in Brisbane, you are also welcome to drop off any returns (or pick up any for that matter) at our office in Kelvin Grove. 
    4. Once we have received your return, we will exchange or refund.  Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. 
     
    Terms and Conditions
    • The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.  

    • You are responsible for the one-way return postage (if you bought your item via Paypal they will be able to refund you the postage fees).

    • Strictly no Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons.

    • All items to be returned must be packaged securely (wrapped in bubble or securely in a box) so the items are not damaged during transit.

    • Upon receipt of returned goods, RUBY OLIVE reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.

     
    Faulty Goods
    Your jewels will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or they break within 6 months of purchase. Jewels damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the product cannot be replaced or repaired we will offer a refund or exchange. Just send us a quick email outlining the fault including an image if possible and we will either replace it straight away or repair it. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact us.
    In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.
