Shipping policy

 

We dispatch orders daily (business days) from Brisbane, Australia. All orders placed before 8am AEST Monday - Friday are eligible for same day dispatch provided there are no issues with the order. During sale periods or when we are experiencing high volumes of orders, there may be longer dispatch periods. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All orders within Australia are eligible for Standard Registered Postage or Express Postage through Australia Post. Standard Registered Postage is $11.95 for all orders under $125 (AUD) (excluding discounts + shipping fees) and FREE for all orders $125+ (AUD) (excluding discounts). Express postage is a flat rate of $15 and is only available within Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All International orders are sent via Standard Registered Shipping (7-15 business days).  Please note you are responsible for any taxes and duties in your country.
