NOTE FROM SKYE // An open letter to my younger self…

Dear Younger Me,

Right now you’re wondering if you’re brave enough to build the life you dream about.

You’re worried about what people will think.

You’re second-guessing yourself more than you’d like to admit.

And here’s the thing…that feeling won’t magically disappear overnight.

There will still be moments where you walk into rooms full of incredible women you admire and suddenly feel very small.

You’ll wonder if you belong there.

But here’s what I wish you knew earlier.

Those rooms? You absolutely belong in them.

Every woman you admire has felt unsure or not quite enough at times.

You’re far more capable than you realise.

And the courage you’re looking for?

You’re already carrying it.

But there will be moments where things feel really hard.

You will start a business (or three) and about six years into the main business you create, you’ll have a five-year-old and a toddler and your heart will feel pulled in a hundred different directions.

The guilt of being a working mum will feel very real.

You’ll question whether you can keep doing it all.

There will be many MANY days where you think about giving it all up.

But here’s what I wish you knew all those years ago.

Every challenge will shape you. Every hard season will teach you something.

And the dream you started, that little idea, will grow into something far more meaningful than you could ever imagine.

It won't just be another brand…but an incredible community of women who will celebrate creativity, individuality and will lift each other up.

You’ll collaborate with brilliant artists, bringing their artwork to life in ways that spread amazing joy and so much fun.

So please don’t shrink yourself.

Trust your creativity.

Trust your heart.

And keep going, even on the days when it feels hard.

Because the most beautiful things often begin with a little courage and a big dream.

Keep dreaming!

Future Me 💛
