To qualify for a return:
- The item must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including swing tickets attached.
- You are responsible for return postage.
- No refund or exchange given on earrings, hair products, face masks and eye masks unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
- All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
- If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from confirmation of your payment authorisation. We dispatch orders daily. Orders placed before 11AM AEST will be dispatched that same day.

Best invention ever! My ear lobe has split through after years of wearing long heavy earrings! I love my earrings so I was over the moon when I heard if Dangle Dots and that I'd still be able to wear my favourite pairs of earrings!
I’ve used the dangle dots a couple of times now, and they really do save my ears. My dangle earrings don’t drag on my earlobes when I use them which is fantastic. Once I worked out how to coordinate pushing the earring post through the dot, while holding the dot taut behind the earlobe, I have had no issues with pushing the dot off my ear while trying to put my earrings on. I’ll be buying these again.
