- The item must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition as originally sent – including wraps and labels attached.

- All items to be returned must be packaged securely so the items are not damaged during transit.
- If return items are received damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

Give it a gentle wash with a mild detergent and lay flat in a shaded spot to dry.
We do not recommend fast spin, hot machine washing and tumble drying. Bleach and harsh chemicals are also not recommended.
